FAQ
How are CRD’s pieces made?
At CRD we manufacture every piece in house, proudly in the USA. American hands touch and create your piece from design to finishing buff in our manufacturing facility in sunny South Florida. Our facility is family owned and operated with over a century of combined experience of master jewelers. As a result, we bring you the most interesting, refreshing, and unique designs with the utmost highest craftsmanship.
When does CRD ship my piece?
Depending on the size (finger size, wrist size, etc.) of the piece, we usually ship 3-5 business days for cuffs and pendants and approximately 7 business days for rings. We may take a couple days to make sure your piece is in the best quality in terms of workmanship and shine as possible. We don’t send out a piece that’s been sitting around collecting dust, we make sure every piece is and looks new. Rings may need sizing or production for half sizes or custom sizes. Custom or larger pieces that were special ordered can take up to 2 weeks to be manufactured and shipped.
CRD does not have my size option available, what do I do?
You contact us at info@christianrosedesigns.com and let us know what size for what piece you need. There will be a charge for custom sizing, and are unable to be returned.
Can CRD make their creations in all gold and other precious metals?
Yes! We can accommodate your needs in upgrades in terms of precious metals. We can custom make any of our creations in all gold and even platinum. That is the beauty of the wide ability of our service when we manufacture everything in house, in the USA! As a result of their exclusivity, these custom creations will not be eligible for returns.
Can CRD Upgrade/make the diamonds in their creations bigger?
Yes! Since we manufacture everything ourselves, we can upgrade all and any stone sizes in any of our pieces.
Why is my Tahitian Pearl color different?
Tahitian pearls also known as black pearls, are a natural occurring substance in nature. They are formed in oysters and as a result they aren’t made to exact shades and specifications. That is the beauty of anything made by nature, you will never have the same thing twice. Two pearls maybe similar, but never the same. Your Tahitian pearl may include shades of blue, purple, green, brown, and silver. It is characteristic of Tahitian pearls to have amazing overtones.
I want to return my piece; how do I go about that?
You can contact us at info@christianrosedesigns.com let us know why you are unsatisfied and we will accommodate you accordingly.
How does CRD ship?
We ship via UPS, Fedex, and USPS. All packages are jewelry insured and as a result will require a signature. Packages can not be left without a signature.
I like and prefer the natural luster of silver; can I order my piece without rhodium?
Yes, just request it in your order and we will make sure your piece isn’t dipped before finishing, as we understand some enjoy the natural tarnishing of silver. We rhodium dip our pieces to give them a unique, deep luster similar to white gold but also to protect your piece from tarnishing. A word of warning though, silver has naturally tarnishing properties and the pH level of skin oils can accelerate tarnishing and the levels of pH vary by individual.
Will my silver tarnish?
Over time yes, but we’ve dipped all of our pieces in rhodium to combat that to keep your pieces shining with high shine and luster for your wearing pleasure time after time. Silver that is not rhodium dipped will experience tarnishing at an accelerated rate, but silver’s natural tarnishing properties gives it its own character as well.
Is there a warranty on CRD items?
Yes, we stand behind our workmanship and offer a one year manufacturer’s warranty on all our pieces. We are committed to bringing you pieces that are not defective or fault directly from our manufacturing floor. Pieces that have been damaged, altered, treated with unapproved cleaners, and handled by other jewelers/repair companies will not be eligible for any warranty claims. All warranty claims are subject to investigation and can be contacted at info@christianrosedesigns.com.
